Notes

4 mile "long" run on the treadmill at the gym this morning. It seems that over the past few months when I ramp up to long runs too quickly, I get sick. So, my "long" run this week is 4 miles - and I'll ramp up slowly. I'm hoping to be up to 7 or 8 miles for my long run by mid to late April.
