Turkey Burnoff 5M in Seneca Creek Park. Rolling hills and windy conditions (wind chill was 29 degrees). I'm also still sore from playing football on Thanksgiving morning. I can't bring my left knee up to hip level without my quad giving me fits. The entire first mile was painful due to my left quad being so sore...after that my muscles were not as cranky. However, I lost some steam after 4 miles - splits were 9:03, 8:49, 9:04, 8:49 and 9:18.
