Notes
Final run on my trip to SC - over the Cooper River Bridge in Charleston. Really foggy and humid morning. The bridge itself is about 2.5 miles long - and not too much flat on the top. So it was at least more than a mile uphill both ways. I'll have to check the elevation chart to see how much the climb was, but I'm more used to rolling hills than 1 mile inclines! Charleston did this one right though - a separate bike/run/walk path on the side of the bridge and water fountains at the base of the bridge on both sides. Good going Charleston! I wish all cities could be this pedestrian friendly!
