Out and Back from the hotel. Kept HR pretty low for first 3/4 of mile and then did two fast intervals of about .2 miles each - one to get to 1 mile and the next to get to 1.5 miles. The rest of the run was easy going - trying to get my HR back under 150. It was nice to run outside again - and nice to run faster!
