Morning treadmill run before work while Hurricane Sandy poured tons of rain outside. My goal was to keep my HR down, and I succeeded...138 Avg HR over the 3.1 miles. I used a program I never used before - Sports Training 5K...level 8 alternated the incline from 0 to 6.4% and I set the speed at a constant 5.7mph (10:30/mile pace).
