Notes
The weather was insane. I thought I was going to beat a squall line heading our way but it hit me on the way back at the 8 mile mark. Brutal winds and rain. It rained the whole time but it was bearable to that point.
Splits were crazy because of the wind. Luckily, the wind pushed me up the bridge and made the descent easier.
Nothing was really sore during the run. Some tightness in my right quad again and as I type this the left calf is tight, but everything feels suprisingly weel. Going to ice now.
