Started with heavy and tired legs, but no soreness or pain, so decided to go as slow as needed and see how it went. Pace was ok and I'm learning to deal with the tireness in the legs, and it wasn't very unpleasant, again, given the slow pace. HR is actually fairly low, but then it kind of went downhill pass the 10 miles mark. Jogging along the trails was much easier than on the streets, and the difference became very exaggerated when the legs were tired.
