A very good run tonight, wish all runs are like this. Felt fast, medium effort, like cruising along and not hard.

Did not watch the clock after the first mile, and tried to run by feel. My perception of "easy" has been slowly changing the past month. My form is changing too, I am more "running" than "shuffling" now. This run is not easy, but not comfortably hard (tempo) either, since tempo is supposed to be close to a 10k effort (I just found that out) and this didn't require much effort. So if easy is 5/10 and tempo is 8/10, this run is maybe 6.5 to 7/10 overall. I felt that I could continue at this pace for a couple more miles.
