Legs feel fresh. 5/10 to 6/10 effort. Breathing and heart rate seems labored (like 7/10 effort) after the 1st lap, then I realized I was running faster than easy pace on my 2nd and 3rd lap. Slowed down on 4th and 5th lap to a more comfortable pace where I can breath longer and deeper, although it turned out the "slow down" was not significant.
