Core + Back + Arms + Shoulders; good workout, deferred chest for another day, worked arms after back to make sure I got them in; new max weights in arm exercises; "flirted" with a lesbian because of her "Not Your Babe" shirt (which made us laugh); sore in upper back and shoulders post-workout
