SET THAT ALARM, got up at 4:20 am and made it to the 5:30 group run; warmup of 1.41mi, then the group decided on 1:00 on/1:00 off so that's what we set off to do; focus more on turnover than speed but I was feeling pretty good and kept my ON segments in the 7's and mostly walked thru the off segments
