First run since LA. Intended to do 8 but it was clear around Whirlpool that would not be all that wise. So, I did 4.

L knee felt a little unstable but not bad. R hammy and upper calf still a little tight. Stretching really helped.

Plan for this week. Do 3 miles until that feels easy. Then bump it.
