Los Angeles Marathon. My slowest marathon, to date. Weak taper, hot weather and head cold (which devolved into a good bout with bronchitis two days later) really kicked it in.
I ran a 1/1 until mile 24, when I had to walk it in.
Had awesome time with John, though.
