Legs held up well following Saturday's 24 miles. Had a twinge of shin spint in left leg early, which faded. Had more than a twinge in right lag midway. It faded. Interestingly, easing up the pace, plus the next walk break, took care of them both. One of the virtues of run/walk.
Picking up the intensity while I work down the mileage. Will do a 7/1 to 8/1 till HOA.
