Truly amazing.
After the mind-numbing cramping on Saturday, I had a very nice, comfortable run this morning. The normal 5 mile routine. The calves were a bit tight to start out, expected, but I stopped and stretched well a mile into the run and they felt fine the rest of the way.
The Garmin ran out of juice near the end, but I was averaging around a 10:30 pace for the run segments, which was quite good, considering.
