HUMID!!!! Wow, hard to describe just how humid it got so quickly here. Felt like mid July this morning...completely drenched in sweat after only 5 miles. Was actually pretty well soaked by mile 3
Legs felt that I had done 17 just two days ago. Still not a bad pace, given the humidity. Ran 7/1s for the first time in I don't know how long. Felt good too.
