Notes

Had to start somewhere. I told myself I needed to do 5 miles today without stopping. Started easy, 8:55 and felt so smooth. Last 4 miles was 8:27, 8:22, 8:15, and 7:55. My legs felt fairly fresh at the end, which is very encouraging moving forward. My breathing wasn't all there today though.

This is the start of "training to train" for the marathon. I decided to give another go, this time in Detroit with Meghan. It's not the best, but its a start.
