Notes
Ran to Channahon and did some strides at the park. The run was about 7 miles, 5 with Ian, all 7 with Sean, then we did some strides after that - then I added a short 1/2 mile cooldown. I called this run "satisfying" because it started at about 7:10 pace and got down into the low 6:50s by the end. It was SUPER windy out, in the face all the way to channahon once we got on the canal.
I felt kind of tired at first, but the legs opened up by the end. I love getting to do these types of runs with the guys because I feel more accomplished when I can keep up with the guys racing insane times.
I also did abs with Meghan and pushups on my own.
