Notes
Had to take it easy today with the way my legs were feeling. This was a run on the canal back from Delwood. Started my run with Sean, but then stopped to tie my shoe so he was gone, then ran with a group of other guys which included Adam, Trevor, Phil and Dallas. We ran past the ladies, who then promptly asked me to slow down and run with them, so I obliged - I could use the easy run. Julia and Torin repeated asked about my wife and I having babies... and telling them that they need me because I actually listen, unlike Drew. Then they said some other garbage I wasn't paying attention to... : )
Also Julia talked about being on her period... and needing to poop really bad...
Eventful... run?
