Please note: From here on out, I will comment on every run I have. I am documenting this as my marathon training experience.

Today: I did a long run with Meghan, as usually we are not able to run together much anymore. We kept it pretty relaxed most of the time. I started the run in shorts and longsleeve thinking it would be good enough. Little did I know how cold it was! So we ran back to my house quick to get tights, gloves, and my hat.

Again, pretty relaxed as we were running against wind and ice for the first 6 miles or so, then once we turned around and the wind was at our back we picked up the pace. Got about 2 miles from USF and I had to "unload some unwanted luggage" as Sean puts it. I told Meg to run ahead and that I would catch up. After unloading, I felt alot better. Very positive run. Wasn't nearly as fast as last week, but its just as important for me to get more consistent with my long runs.

Totals: About 12 miles, probably more like 11 and change, but I like to round up. 88 mins overall. Felt pretty strong throughout!
