F*cking Windy (Weather Network unavailable...)
Overslept and missed the group run. The fellas were doing a benchmark (30k +) and I had planned to join them for ~ 2hrs. Oh well. Turned out to be a blessing. Had a fantastic run by myself through the trails. Wind in the trees and nothing but the sound of my own breathing and shoes on the hard-packed gravel trail. Cool fall air and stiff breeze. Awesome. Today was what it is all about, baby.
