7 hours sleep. Ran one hour after breakfast. Did a "steady" run trying to keep HR within 135 - 152 which should have equaled around an 8:30 - 8:45 pace. Maintained a 135 avg. HR with a 7:59 avg. pace which is closer to my tempo pace of 7:42. Felt like a brisk pace, somewhat hard, but easily maintained it all the way, except a little slow at beginning which is okay. Left knee felt fine while running, but a little "something" in there after run while walking home. Had Endurox R4 when I got home, stretched and then iced knee for 20 min. Feels okay now after shower. Not too worried about it, yet.
