Notes
Ran one hour after breakfast. 7.5 hours sleep. Last run before big race tomorrow, short and easy. Left shin a little sore today. Playing tennis last night with Xiaoxiao probably not a good thing to do, but hey, runners always have to do something stupid right before a big race, right? (Iced shin after tennis cause was a little sore.) Anyway, iced it after the run, stretched out good and feels okay now. I'm ready to break two hours!!!!! This is it.
