Notes

Ran before breakfast. 7 hours sleep. Two mile warm up run, one mile at race pace and one mile cool down. Had to step it up a little half way through the one mile at race pace to get up to target pace. Otherwise, run was okay. Left shin not too bad. Did not wear compression sleeve on leg. No icing after.
