Ran before breakfast. 6 hours sleep. Left shin feeling much better, almost no pain. Wore compression sleeve. Not hurting at all after run so did not ice. Did not stretch after run because had to get to work early.

6 strides at 30 sec with one min walk/recovery between after run.
