Notes

Ran two hours after breakfast. 7 hours sleep. Ran River Bank Run course with running club. Started out easy at 9:30 plus pace, but picked it up after about six miles. Ran faster than I planned. Still tend to get a little competitive when running with group. Ran a few miles around 8:30 pace. Rained a little on walk to downtown starting area, but stopped while running the course. Started raining again after finish. Felt very good during entire run and afterward. No problem with left shin (problem seems to be gone now).
