Notes

Ran 1.5 hours after breakfast. 6 hours sleep. Simple easy run for taper before race on Saturday. Wore compression sleeve on left calf. Left shin felt fine today. Left knee had a little twinge in it a couple times, just for a few seconds. Not too worried about it.
