Interesting day today because I ran in the AM which I rarely ever do,,, Always harder for me to run in the early morning.

Really hard to keep the Heart Rate down too......probably because of early AM, heat and humidity and I ran last evening so i wasnt fully recovered this early AM.......
Still a good run day.........and going to be way too hot this evening to be out there.....so glad I got it done....
