Headed out after work with the tunes in. Didn't even get to the end of Christian Ridge before my right side was begging me to stop. The day off really didn't help much...Tried to slow it down and take things easy (tough to do because the legs felt fine). Started to snow over the last couple miles.
Talked to Warren. Getting new Superfeet tomorrow and laying off the foam roller per his instructions.
