Notes
Ok, not really a long run but it was supposed to be...got home late last night after the indoor meet and really didn't feel like a long run. Turned out to be nicer day than expected so that was good (wet roads but no rain). Ran the first 8 with Warren and Guinness then added on the rest solo. Was planning on 16 but got up to the hospital roads and realized finding a bathroom was of the utmost importance. Booked it back to the Y and made it just in time. Not interested in finishing the run after that so I called it a day.
