This long run felt surprisingly good. I am happy to see that my splits stayed consistent throughout the run. I thought jumping from 14 to 17 was too much for one week, but I barely noticed the difference. I felt great until mile 15, when my legs got tighter. However, they didn't hurt badly enough to stop running. I came up a little shy on the 18 because of the course. Nice weather too!
