This long run was better than last week, since i was able to run with Stacy. I missed the NS group at the Metric Marathon yesterday! This was a good workout, although my legs were tired (as usual, right?) Good hills on this course too. I am pretty happy with the splits; all of the miles were under 11 minutes. I am not sure why my watch lapped twice in the middle of the run...
I did fall one run short this week. I am really struggling with that extra day now that I have a new job. I am going to try my best to get the 5 days in this upcoming week!
