Notes

Started with the 5k at the water, left the pack up into the trails, to the summit. This was my longest run yet, probably 2 miles or so. Took a ten minute stretch break and ran back down, skipping the spillway, to cat crawl the railings. I flew across these. Definitely have achieved something with all my hip mobility work while injured. All the climbing was no big deal on this run, I feel I can probably push myself for the whole race on Sunday and entertain fantasies of beating an hour and a half.
