Felt very sluggish this morning, not motivated to run. Took it very easy the first two miles, then settled into low 7:00 pace. Felt okay, but kind of a grind. Wore shorts, knees were cold. I think I have circulation issues with my knees.
Pushing the uphills felt good. Did a fast finish which also felt good.
