2 mile warmup in 14:46, then alternating 3:00 hard, 2:00 medium. Guessing the pace was around 5:45 for the hard intervals, 7:15 for the medium recoveries.
6:33, 6:28, 6:42, 6:15, 6:23, 6:12 (6:26 avg for last 6 miles)
Still have the darn cough, but felt okay during the run.
