Very hot. Started comfortably, but couldn't pick it up on the (downhill) second half.
Really wanted to stop and walk by mile 4. Moral victory that I didn't.
Felt awful afterward. Don't know if it was the lingering effects of Lyme, or that I really just can't run in the heat.
