Started out intending to do an easy run, but felt good so decided to to a tempo instead.
Last two miles rrequired tremendous effort.
7:20, 7:09, next 1.375 in 8:27 (6:09 pace), 6:09, 6:15, 6:10
Cold and windy, but dry with clear roads. Some flurries in the air.
