Easy am run, 8 hrs of sleep. Ran from Dupont to GRC store, met Dylan & Matt, ran easy for 4 miles up the canal and CCT, then turned around and ran back to Dupont. Pace felt a bit of an effort uphill (low 7s), but I averaged 7:00 min/mile on the way back, feeling good for the most part. Tired afterwards.
