7 hrs of sleep. Ran from work to RCP & Mass to meet Simon, but he couldn't make it, so I ended up running to Dupont and then added the hill up to Woodley Park. I thought the distance was more, but I guess it seems that way when you drive it :)
Felt pretty good overall, I pushed pretty consistently on all the hills (Tenleytown, past Dupont) and maintained on the downhill in Mass Ave. Felt really good.
