8 hrs of sleep. In the past 5-6 days I've lost ~4-5 lbs and felt very tired. I unusually took two days off and took it easy during this run (ran through the trails in RCP). I've been eating smaller portions, but still had some fruit, vegetables in salad, so I'm a bit puzzled about this. We'll see how the race goes.
