8 hrs of sleep. Did the GP double loop, first taking it very easy, and on the 2nd loop did 4 x 30-40 sec striders, 2 of them uphill, 2 on flat, or slightly downhill terrain. Felt the burn when picking up the pace the first time, but then felt ok on subsequent repeats. overall felt pretty good.
