4 hrs of sleep, humid. Met Jason, Billy, Matias, & Matt at GRC and ran on the trails. Nice route, some hills, but overall not too muddy in spite of last night's rain. Felt good for most of the run, we took it fairly easy. Only in the last 4 miles or so when we were on the C&O Canal we picked up the pace to low 7:1x. Felt OK, but had to push a bit to keep the pace. Must get more sleep.
