Notes

9 hrs of sleep. Didn't make it to the track for SDP workout, so I ran on the treadmill. Ran 6x1 mile @ 10k pace, w/ 400 recoveries. Splits: 6:11, 6:07, 6:07, 6:07, 6:03, 6:00. Felt good. Did about 3/4 mile cooldown, 1 mile w/u.
