6.5 hrs of sleep. Lunchtime run with Greg. It was windy so we started off a bit faster than usual, 3 miles into it we were running 6:47s (per Greg's GPS watch) and he was laboring, so we eased off the pace a bit, but I kept pushing a bit on the hills. I felt good for the most part, but I was also working a bit more than usual. In the final hill before getting back to work I ran 7:10 pace, which felt OK, but I was pretty tired and had bad form.
