First track workout in many months (8-10+). Warmed up at AU track with GRC crew and did 6x800 T + 2x200 R. Paces were guessed, I thought I'd be able to do at least 6 min/mile pace for T and did just under that. Felt good throughout the workout, so I did a couple of 200s with Andy CTR (Chicken Tender Runner, good one Charlie!).
