XMP workout, rode bike to Kengar. Cooler temps and not as much humidity, which suited me well. Ran with Dan DiFonzo's group, which kept the easy pace easy. I pushed the pace towards 6:30s in the LTs (they were aiming for 6:48s), which I should disclose the next time. Felt good during the first two, slightly tired in the last 1/2 mile of the 2nd LT interval, but concentrated in staying positive and relaxed and this worked (ran even 3:11 half miles, even in the slightly hillier 2nd half. Felt pretty good.
