7x1000m w/ 2 min recovery + 1 mile w/u. Ran with Bernard most of the time, aiming for 6:08 pace. Felt pretty good and held back from pushing it a bit towards 6:00pace. The first 100m/200m were usually 22s/44s (i.e.: sub 6 pace), so I need to work on being consistent with pacing from the beginning.
