first ride outdoors in a long time. hard to find a 40 mile route but it worked out perfectly.
liberty lane loop, but on the way back from PO, turned left onto Liberty and then did St. Blaise, Greenlea, back to Liberty and the left onto USC. took LSC to cut down on traffic.
felt good energy wise, 2 bottles of scratch and 1 fruit bar.
