Swam with the Huntsville Masters Club again. (after being up all night working)

300, 200, 300 swim, kick (on side w/fins), pull warm up

4x100 25 R arm, 25 L arm, 50 swim

6x50 kick w/fins

4x100 alt by 25's catch up and swim

4x125 by 25's kick on side, R arm, L arm, catch up, swim

200 cool down
