Road from the house to the rec beach via the mach tenn course starting at mile 4.
Early on trouble with my derailure and then cadence magnent fell off. Avg cad (for like first 2-3 miles was 68 but thats probably rogue data given all the issues).
Head wind until i got to mile 12-13 on the mach tenn course.
